Tomorrow is Midterm 3/6,
I wish my school was like all other and gave us a study week or few days of class to study, just like we have in the Winter Semester…
On a side note, tonight was my birthday dinner and it was so good!
Goat cheese salad, Lamb tajine with couscous and green beans, and my moms/grandma’r recipe traditional chocolate cake.

My Bff and me are so similar, it’s her birthday today and she wanted to make sushi just like me last week for mine. So instead we opted for homemade pizza! We are foodie/exercices junkie/sweataholics/sugar lover!
Should be a nice night, before oging back to my book all the rest of the weekend
Now that I’m done with an easy run (9km, 45min) and raking some leaves

Rainy days, call for Hard Intervals on the Trainer
Gosh, that was hard, especially now that I’m working with Power instead of perceived effort, I can’t pretend that I’m working out hard anymore.
3X(3min 200W, 1:30 easy)
3X(2min 210W, 1 easy)
3X(1min 220W, 45sec easy)
5 min easy
10 min at 170-180W
I blast the music so hard during those killer interval and I was sinning/moaning/dancing/sweating on the bike, people might have taken me for a crazy pesron at the gym
Then it was swim practice (1h30 to rest and eat)
I had no legs for kicking but I’m happy with that aspect of my day.
